Greenacres is a unique ceremonial park based in South East London. It offers a woodland burial area as well as a ceremony hall seating up to 180 people.
Brockley Cemetery Woodland Burial Area
This woodland burial area is a small 'woodland' area within the historic Brockley Cemetery, run by Lewisham Council. No headstones or memorials are allowed, but you can arrange for the council to plant a tree during planting season.

City of London Cemetery Woodland Burial, Aldersbrook, London
Six acres of natural woodland burial ground are situated within the impressive City of London Cemetery, which opened in 1856. The woodland burial area has established trees and wild grass open spaces.
Memorials and headstones are not permitted, but trees are individually numbered to mark graves.

Islington & St Pancras Cemetery Woodland Burial Area
Set within the historic Islington & St Pancras Cemetery in East Finchley, the woodland burial area offers a peaceful and natural option close to central London.
Graves can be marked with small wooden memorials.

Twickenham Cemetery, Whitton
A new natural burial area is situated in the Twickenham Cemetery at Hospital Bridge Road towards the rear of the cemetery.
No form of individual memorial, flowers or any other items is permitted. Trees, shrubs, bulbs etc will need to be selected and planted by the cemetery team.
